My car was brought in for a simple head light replacement and that’s all. And then I left and notice the the bumper cover was not no correctly so I called and was told to bring it back not a problem as am driving it back the crash controls were not working ok bumper was put back in working order in a matter of 5min ok good job. But the crash control is still not working told bring it back in will check it out so I did and left it for the day. Came back and they ran tests on it and said they couldn’t find anything wrong ? Weird right so I was told to drive it for a few days and see if would come back because the has to learn how I drive again? Ok still sound off the but ok so I go to the post office and get back in the car and notice there was a lot of finger prints on the screen so no big deal I have a screen cloth that I wipe it off every day! Because it just looks better and as I was clearing the print off. My screen is busted!!!! Really so I call back very up set but clam and I even sent a pic to your service dept and was told to bring it back when ever I had it . Hmm so I brought it back 2 hours later and was told it was delimitation!!! What!!! So this happened from 8am to 1pm really oh yeah this happens all the time . But for 200 dollars we can fix this with a new screen . So that’s my story. I will be there tomorrow morning after my 12 shift at the emergency room to see if my car is ready so I guess we’ll see if it’s fixed or if the motor is falling out of it.
