Went in to have a new battery installed and the Service rep gave me a better price on the battery I had purchased elsewhere. I have found that in the past, dealership pricing is higher than items purchased at Auto retail stores, but not in this case.
Our service person is Jaime and she is the best ever. She keeps her clients informed during the service on their car which is appreciated..When service takes a long period of time , understanding the reasons are helpful

My SRX's check engine light came on and I came in to the dealership without an appointment. Jamie met me and handed the vehicle off to a technician right away. She kept me informed about the the work being done and its progress. Another problem was found and she ordered the needed part and will call when it comes in to schedule its installation. She was professional and courteous. I was pleased with the service and its outcome.
Chuck is an excellent technician and I will request him in the future. He represented Cadillac and Sullivan very well and should be considered a high asset to the maintenance and repair of Cadillacs. He explained to me what he did to repair a problem I had with the car and it was done quickly and repairs were exactly what was needed. Outstanding is the rating I give him.
Sales department was cordial, knowledgeable, and offered a reasonable price with minimal negotiation. Cadillac should have included blind spot warnings and memory seats as standard equipment. Otherwise, vehicle seems to be very nice.
All I needed was an oil change and my tires rotated. It took 2 hours. No one was in the waiting area. People did come after me and left. While I sat waiting. Just felt it shouldn't take two hours for that type of service/.
