The dealership was clean and welcoming. They had hot coffee and espresso machine. Plenty of room to relax and wait for my car to be done with service and the salesman up front were very nice. I just moved here but from now on this will be my go to dealership for all my needs.

When I first made an appointment with Sulliivan Cadillac to come in and review and test drive a CT5 model Cadillac, I was greeted by the general manager Rich Gruber, he was very cordial and I was introduced to Ron Roddriquez, of the sales and consultant department. I found Ron to be capable, knowledgeable and very concerned about us having a great buying experience. My previous car which I wanted to use as a trade-in was a Honda. He went to great links and a lot of effort to get Honda to give us a final amount due on the car. I think he spent over an hour trying to talk to these people who were uncooperative and very difficult to reach. It was also very time consuming. He remained calm and assured me that everything would go OK and even let me take the car home the same day. I can never thank him enough for making my buying experience terrific. I would highly recommend Ron as a great contact to pursue buying a great car at Sullivan Cadillac. I can never thank him enough for making the buying experience a pleasure.
Mike Null has been honest with my wife and I for 3 years. He was courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, and diligently applied customer service to the fullest. His above reproach attitude, honesty in guiding us through each and every vehicle we had asked about. Mike was patient and truly didn’t push any style sales pitches. Jason Ellis the finance specialist was knowledgeable and gave us the best interest rate available, Jason Ellis and Mike Nall were both above the call of duty when working with us. Mike Nall also explained to my wife and I the many options and gadgets on the state of the art Cadillac XT4 350 T I can truthfully say that Sullivan Cadillac goes above and beyond what Customer Service Etiquette should be. What I liked the most was that this dealership didn’t raise the price of the vehicle after we left and decided to purchase the vehicle we had test driven like one dealership did. Service was overall great . Service rep was new and needed help processing info into computer. Other reps readily help out which was an example of good service teamwork.
I bought my gently used 2015 Cadillac at another dealer (not a Cadillac dealer). There was some remaining warranty so I made an appointment with Sullivan to have a few minor things checked out. I was amazed at several things that happened during that visit and subsequent visits. The service consultant was courteous, knowledgeable, and even pointed out a problem that I had not noticed. That is what encourages me to stay with Cadillac. They do care. And altough anyone can make a mistake I find them easy to work with. Sullivan has my business!
Excellent reception and did preform the service well. I thought they would have sent the vehicle through the wash, but it was alright. I was getting a oil change but they went further and preformed a mult checkpoint examine.

I was having problems with my Cue system spoke with Jaime Daigle from the service dept. She suggested I bring it down so they could look at it. Three days later I was out the door with a new system! I was looking for a clean used truck that was reasonably priced. This is not an easy task if you've been in the market for a used truck. I contacted Roy on the internet and proceeded to the dealership. We negotiated a price fair to both of us. This was a stress free experience and everyone on the show room floor were just nice people. We had never been to a Cadillac Dealer before, but Ronnie immediately greeted us, showed us around and helped us to select a new Cadillac. He was very helpful and extremely pleasant, great to work with. His help did not end with the sale of the car, He continued to help us with the few very minor issues we had. Both Ronnie,Richard and Charles helped us with financing, they made it as painless as possible. All in all it was probably the best experience we have had with a car dealership, and we have bought many new vehicles at different dealerships,in different states. I retired from General Motors and I have never had such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Sullivan Cadillac to anyone who is interested in buying a car.
