Absolutely, 100%, 5/5 stars for Sullivan Cadillac and all their staff. I have never bought a car from a dealership up until today, but I would recommend this particular dealership to everyone I know. I went in looking for a used Cadillac last Saturday and left Wednesday with a nearly brand new 2024 Honda Civic. However, I am so in love with it and wouldn’t go back and change my decision at all. Special shoutout to Reece, my salesman, for his patience with me despite the countless test drives and my incessant indecisiveness. Though we test-drove and looked at several Cadillac sedans, I appreciate his wisdom on the practicality of a Civic, his auto-expertise, and his honesty throughout this entire process regarding each vehicle’s condition and the possible pricing options for my age. I never once felt pressured to do or buy anything throughout these past few days, or that he was not being genuine. I am so grateful to have had that for my first dealership experience. I couldn’t decide if I wanted the Civic after our second test-drive of the day on Wednesday because I was stubbornly set on buying a Cadillac, so Reece was innovative and drew up the paperwork for me to take the car home for a day and make the decision myself after having it for a bit. I didn’t even make it the entire way home from the dealership before I made my decision. I am so thankful he suggested this option because I am not sure I would’ve left with my beautiful new car otherwise. When I came back Thursday, I asked if he could remove the pin striping if possible before I bought it and he did so with genuine kindness and ease. He got the car cleaned up, floor-mats in, and all the stickers removed incredibly quick so that I could truly enjoy my new car after buying it. Reece, if you’re reading this, thank you. Your patience and kindness with me during this process is something I will never forget. I’d like the mention an additional shoutout to Enoch, the finance & insurance manager who helped me deal with my hometown Pennsylvania bank today, too. They were not very friendly with him, but he handled it with poise and was willing to work with me in any way he could. The days of spending 4-6 hours at the dealership are no longer with Enoch helping out. I showed up at 4:30p and left at 5:30p with my new car and an excellent warranty deal across the board. Despite me knowing little to nothing about how this whole process works, Enoch worked with me and answered every question I had with sincerity, empathy, and a few jokes in-between. He got me down to an excellent APR for my car loan and truly helped me out all around. I no longer have to worry about hardly anything for the next several years with this car. Although I had planned to trade it in after a couple years, I have decided that I will likely end up keeping this car for quite some time. I cannot express how much gratitude I have for everyone who is part of the Sullivan Cadillac family. I am so thankful to have had such a great experience for my first time visiting a dealership, and I honestly believe that is because of their excellent employees. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.
I have been buying from Sullivan for six years. Bob Vitrano is a great sales guy, he works with and for you. He gets you the best deal and listens to what you want in a vehicle and payment.
Finance manager, Mikell lied about our interest rate! He told us 5.99 and I asked about going elsewhere, including GM Told us it was the lowest anywhere! Heard from Space Credit Union and it is 6.99!! We NEVER would have agreed to that. Very deceptive!!!

Was trying to buy a car with cash and their used vehicle needs work! Lights going off while I was driving vehicle. Brakes were horriable. Salesman don't know anything about the car. Kept wanting to talk about the area. I don't care about that I need to know about the vehicle you are trying to sell me!! Felt like I was trying to be sold a lemon! Be careful..
You can tell they have been doing this for some time. Everything went smoothly. First time for service and they took care of recall upgrades right away too.
Wow! Just wow! We noticed that our XT4 had an engine light on and called Sullivan at noon. They had us bring the car right in - we arrived at 1:00. The car was fixed and ready for pickup before 3:00 p.m. The work was fully covered by the warranty, and they washed the car for us before we picked it up. John in Service was wonderful. This was a great experience. Actually, the best experience we've had at a Cadillac dealer, and we've owned Cadillacs for 12 years now.
I would have liked the car to be given to me but lol it was great love the car and joey was great even with the broken foot and all.
