Realizing that costs are rising everywhere it's still difficult for us to pay over $1000 for an oil change and a tuneup. That's the only problem with using the dealership service. Otherwise it's been great....always. And the new waiting area is much better.

Treated professionally every time I go in. I didn’t have to wait very long and the issue was taken care of.
I had a appointment and they were on time. Was quoted on phone that the service for the tire sensors was going to be $500 for all 4. The price I paid was $1143. That is a big difference. From this time forward I will call a couple of different garages and get some other quotes. No more bait and switch

Dealer replaced 4 tires in December, but bumpy & noisy with uneven air pressure. At this visit, tires were rotated & aligned, air pressure increased & an alignment printout showed improvement. I’m used to a “Cadillac Smooth” quiet ride, and it’s been very frustrating to feel like I’m driving a tank truck.

Had an appointment at 730 and wasn't completed until 1030. Only needed an oil change but they did some 60k stuff too. Nobody mentioned that would take more time
The part needed was out of stock, so it took a bit for it to come in, not their fault. Once it did my service appointment went smoothly, they were even able to take my SUV in early! Great job!
