Normally Sullivan is a 10 out of 5, however this experience seemed to have slipped through all possible cracks. No communication

Also, Tim the mechanic was very thorough with his work servicing my Deville and expressing his concerns on what I should be aware of. There’s a few others I forgot to mention. Timothy was very helpful when we were looking at buying a Cadillac. He was very transparent about the process and costs. Additionally, he went above and beyond to help us with getting our lease turned in and transition to our new Cadillac (he even offered to deliver the car to us free of charge-we live in Orlando). Most importantly, he knew every single thing about the car and its features. He even gave us a second explanation of how everything worked, so we felt comfortable driving home.

Stefanie was so attentive. I came in with a dead battery, having been jumped by AAA right before arriving at the dealership with no appointment. She was able to not only get me in for a replacement battery, but I also needed an oil change and was able to get a safety recall taken care of in the same visit. She gave me a heads up on an upcoming tire special as well. Thank you!
