On June 19, 2026, I took my CT4 into Sullivan Cadillac for an all-points safety inspection. Estefania Adaro immediately had the inspection done in the time it takes to “drink two cups of coffee and read and respond to a few emails on my cell phone.” The service was fast and efficient! As always, Estefania was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Reached out about a car Sullivan had on their lot. Joey was excellent. Got us the deal we wanted and was even able to negotiate the interest rate for our loan since we purchased on a holiday and our credit union was closed. We live 2 hours away. Very good! Overall my experience with the dealership was very good!! My only concern was that the service people who returned my car to me after being serviced should have observed the alternator light being on after the car was serviced!! My other concern was my original service called for oil and filter change plus lubrication!! My final cost for that visit was $2,800.!!!!!!!
Won't fix my window under bumper to bumper warranty. Cadillac rep said it is not covered and window will not leak. He would submit a case to Cadillac and call me to let me know the findings. Bumper to bumper warranty is a scam.
